#18 When should I quit my full time job

This a very difficult question to answer but their is a right and wrong way to leave your job.  You must ensure your finances are in check and your customer base is large.  You also shouldn't leave based on emotional reasons but strictly logical.  Their are a couple things you must have before leaving your job such as:

• Thorough knowledge of your business
• Ability to predict sales
• Stable customer base
• More than a year experience
• Business savings as well as personal savings

Your opportunity cost must be equal or of higher value,  opportunity cost refers to a benefit that a person could have received, but gave up, to take another course of action. In this scenario we are implying that, being at your full time job was causing you to give up the opportunity of making more money or living a more meaningful life.  Ensure that your full time presence will bring great value to your life as opposed to if you were at your full time job.  I totally recommend you have a mentor or support group for this transition as it can be daunting.
